At Trendy Lash Styles, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. Our goal is to provide superior services, fostering long-term relationships with our clients. We promise to exceed your expectations with each visit, ensuring you leave satisfied and eager to return. Thank you for choosing us for your beauty needs.

EYELASH EXTENSIONS – We guarantee our lash extensions application up to 3 days.  If you are unsatisfied with the out come of your lashes, we will perform a corrective touch up at no charge. 

PERMANENT COSMETICS: One or more appointments may be necessary to achieve the desired permanent makeup look. It is recommended to have a follow-up appointment within 4-8 weeks of your original procedure. 

We require a non-refundable $50 deposit for Permanant Makeup appointments, the deposit amount will be applied toward your final bill on the day of your appointment.

SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT 

  1. Contact Information Update: When scheduling an appointment, please provide or update your mobile number and email address. This information is essential for communication purposes.

  2. Appointment Booking:

    • You can schedule an appointment 24/7 using any device or internet browser.
    • Appointments can be booked by calling or texting 727-386-9780 during normal business hours. We do not accept appointments via email or other social media platforms except Facebook.

  3. Honor Your Appointment:

    • Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment to avoid long waits and to ensure quality lash application.

CHANGE/CANCELLATION/NO SHOW

We Value Your Time!

To ensure we can provide you with the best service possible, we require a non-refundable deposit when booking certain services. Your deposit secures both your appointment and our technicians’ valuable time, just like yours! Rest assured, the deposit amount will be applied toward your final bill on the day of your appointment.

Rescheduling Made Easy:

Life happens, and we understand. You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost, provided you do so by calling us at 727-386-9780 or rescheduling through your confirmation email at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy:

We kindly ask that you give us a heads-up if you need to cancel. However, please note that cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of your deposit. We appreciate your understanding.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION REQUIRED 

A confirmation text/email will be sent to your mobile device and/or email within the same day of scheduling your new appointment. Please confirm your appointment 24 hours prior by text/email.  To confirm your appointment simply respond “Y” or “YES”.   

If we don’t receive your confirmation 24 hours prior of your appointment, we will resend a text message as a courtesy, not an obligation. 

A friendly reminder text/email will be sent out to your mobile device 2 hours prior of your appointment. 

LATE ARRIVAL 

We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. 

  • While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. 
  • Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect. 

Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • Gift Voucher can be redeemed at Trendy Lash Styles, Westfield Countryside Mall, Clearwater, Florida. 
  •  No expiration date on all our Gift Vouchers.
  • Trendy Lash Styles is not responsible for lost / stolen Gift Voucher.
  • Gift Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift Voucher can be used in one or multiple visits, credit carryover electronically for unused portion of Voucher.
  • Appointments are required and subject to availability with select technicians
